Please click on the following link to view the Proceedings of the National Office-Bearers’ and Active Workers’ Conference, which took place in February. There’s a lot of information as to what’s happening across the country and elsewhere, and the Speeches by Mr. Nimish Pandya (Vice-Chairman, Sri Sathya Sai Global Council) and Mr. Phillip von Dietlin (our Zonal Chairperson) are really inspirational  to listen to.

Trubys Garden

Truby’s Garden Tea Room starts up again, after the pandemic !
Do please visit Truby’s Garden Team Room on 27 March (details in Poster above). The food is really tasty (especially the cakes!), and all the proceeds go towards local charities ! Kurshida Mirza (MBE, Chairperson of the MK Community Foundation) and her Team are wonderful people who’ll make you feel very welcome!
As usual, there will be a Stall run by members (including Suresh Nesaratnam) of the MK Palestine Solidarity Campaign (which seeks to support Palestinian livelihoods which are being eroded daily by harassment by Zionist settlers illegally occupying the West Bank of Palestine).
Apart from beautiful hand-made jewellery and handicraft from a Palestinian women’s cooperative, the Stall will have the following FairTrade products :
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from the sun-blessed hills of the West Bank- Medjoul Dates (known as the ‘King of Dates’, for their superior, unbeatable flavour)- Freekeh, a high-protein, low glycemic-index cereal ideal for salads and soups- Za’atar, a mixture of exotic Middle Eastern herbs, which can be used to zest up a myriad of dishes- Caramelised Almonds- Olive Oil Soap [extremely nourishing for the skin] in four fragrances (Pomegranate. Sage, Lemon, and Neutral)- Keffiyeh (the Palestinian head-dress which makes for a lovely warm scarf)
